Why Families Choose MADS
Choosing a dance studio is an important decision. Every studio is different, and we believe families deserve a place that offers quality instruction, meaningful experiences, and a true sense of belonging. Here’s what makes the MA Difference.
Experienced Dedicated Faculty
Our faculty is carefully selected not only for their dance training and expertise, but for the way they connect with and inspire students. Every teacher brings knowledge of their discipline and a caring, age-appropriate approach that helps dancers grow in confidence, skill, and character.
Community That Goes Beyond Dance
At MADS, we believe dance should make a difference. We are proud to be deeply rooted in the Western New York community and to teach our dancers the importance of giving back.
As founders of Dancers Give Back, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we have raised over $1 million for cancer research and families facing the burden cancer brings. Our dancers also participate in performances and outreach throughout the community.
Quality Programs for Every Dancer
Whether your child is dancing for fun, building confidence, or pursuing advanced training, we have a place for them.
Our programs begin as early as 18 months and continue through adulthood. Offerings include:
Tap
Jazz
Ballet
Musical Theater
Hip Hop
Contemporary
Lyrical
Pointe
Acro
We’re especially proud of our early childhood programs that introduce young dancers to movement, creativity, and a lifelong love of dance.
A Convenient Family Friendly Recital Experience
Our annual June recital is held in Orchard Park. This way we are able to keep your cost down, while providing you with a professional show. We have a Children's Showcase for our youngest students. Their show is approximately one hour, which is perfect for the entire family. Our open classes perform in one show only.
Fun Facts
We have a fireplace in our main studio. Our ceiling tiles are decorated each year by the outgoing Senior Class. This tradition was started by the class of 2006, who removed a door, covered it with pictures and returned it without us noticing. Our Instagram can be silly at times...follow us! We always welcome puppies, if you get one, please bring it in. The class assistants have a break room in the basement. AJ is easily scared. Recitals are like "Christmas Day" for us.
