Tuition and Policies

This season you will be required to make all payments online. Simply log in from our homepage and be sure all information is uploaded to our secure system. If you have any questions on how to make your online payments please contact our office.

Tuition is a yearly course fee broken into 10 payments for your convenience. The first installment is due at the time of registration.  Payments 2 through 10 will be billed to your Auto Pay account on file on the 5th of each month from September through May.  All tuition payments are due by the 5th of each month.  Payments received after the 5th will be subject to a $15 late fee.   All vacations and holidays have been taken into consideration. There are no refunds or makeups for closing due to inclement weather or missed classes. 

Performance fee: This year we have created a bundle for you to make things easier. 



Membership Fee: $40 per dancer/$50 per family (non-refundable)   Membership fee includes registration and access to bonus virtual classes

Unlimited classes: $325 for 1 dancer, $425 for 2 dancers 

Sibling Discount: 2nd child recieves 5% off tutition, 3rd child recieves 10% off tuition

Please note: We have a performance fee that will be due by January 1st. Our June recital tickets will be available for purchase approximately three weeks before our show. 

Course Fees remains the same regardless of absences or holidays. We do not pro-rate the fee or offer make-up classes. Your fee covers instructor fees, studio expenses, administrative fees and office staff. 


Costume fees are due by November 1st. The deposit is $80 per costume. Competition and solo costumes may require a slightly higher payment. Costume payments not recieved by November 30th will incur a $10 per costume late fee. We cannot guarantee timely delivery of costumes ordered late.

Tuition payments: 

10 equal payments will be billed to your credit card on file via AUTOPAY on 1st of each month from August through May .  All accounts will be billed on the 1st of each month.  

*Payments are due the 1st of the month. Payments should be made on the parent portal. 

*Please keep credit card information up to date to avoid a late fee.  Payments not received will incur a $20.00 late fee. 

*Students whose accounts are over due by more than 1 month will not be allowed to participate in class

*Only tickets, costumes and tuition may be paid by credit card Please pay competition and entry fees with a check. 

*Please do not combine tuition with any other payment

*There is a $25.00 fee on all returned checks

*Private lessons requirements. You must be taking the following classes... tap, jazz, ballet, tap technique and jazz technique. Genre will be chosen by the faculty and will be based on availability. 

Studio Policies: 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class that does not meet minimum enrollment.  Alternate class options will be suggested.  
Withdrawal  – In the event your child needs to withdraw from class, please contact the office in writing via email.  Tuition is due through the end of the month your notification is received. 
Class Times – We have allowed for time in between our classes for sanitizing and cleaning. Please meet your child at the outside studio exit to walk them to your vehicle. 
Illness – If your child is ill or a fmaily member is ill,  please do not send them to class. We are providing virtual options for  anyone staying at home. 
Virtual classes – In the event the studio needs to close due to a change in phases, classes and tuition will continue as scheduled. We have invested in your child's education by installing new technology to enhance the "at home" experience. We will return to classes in studio, as soon as allowed.
